About

We know the most powerful leaders often get in their own way. It’s unintentional, but it holds them back.

We show them how to stand aside and let their true leadership qualities shine. We believe that every leader has a unique approach that works best for them and their team, and we’re devoted to using our insight, intuition, and even skepticism when necessary to find the right approach for each of the talented leaders-in-process we work with.

Being a leader in direct sales is not only difficult; it’s brutally exhausting and stressful. We know because we’ve been there. We worked direct sales and had to develop techniques that worked for us in order to stop stressing about our jobs and start loving them. We wanted to enjoy our family while we were creating wealth not just after.

Using that experience, our expertise and our skills, we’d love to help the next generation of direct sales leaders find their true worth and bring it to their business.

You’ll be happier. You’ll know where your priorities are. You’ll move forward with utter confidence. You’ll have faith in your own organizational structure and systems so nothing ever falls through the cracks.

You’ll break through the wall that’s been standing in your way. And as a leader, you’re going to take a lot of people forward with you.

We know you will. We’re here to show you how.

About Neil and Dana Phillips

Neil and Dana Phillips come as a complete, complementary set. They’ve partnered together in direct sales for 30 years and have developed the only complete leadership program specifically designed to build leaders in direct sales.

They’re excellent coaches, and they were just as excellent as direct sellers. By the time they retired from Tupperware, for example, their distributorship was number four in the United States and number sixteen in the world. Both of them held corporate positions in a large network marketing company and have trained thousands of independent distributors in party plan as well as network marketing. With a background like that, it’s no wonder they managed to build a style of coaching new leaders that specifically addressed the unique difficulties of direct sales as a career.

Neil has thirty years of experience as a coach, mentor and direct seller and has touched thousands of entrepreneurs through his writing, speaking and coaching. Dana has been described admiringly as the “only person in the world who can give you a hug and a kick in the pants at the same time.” Together, they bring out the best in each other and in their coaching clients.

Both Neil and Dana have been trained as Franklin Covey Personal Coaches, are members of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, and hold credentials from the International Coach Federation. In addition, Neil has received certification in the esteemed Marshall Goldsmith behavioral change coaching.
