In the words of Kenny Rogers, “You gotta know when to hold ‘em, know when to fold ‘em.”  That really is a great way of thinking about the dynamics of working with our teams.  Sometimes, family commitments keep them from devoting the time we want them to spend on their business.  Keep believing in them, but know that their time to work may come back around.

Sometimes, people try direct sales and discover it is not for them.  If you have heard the phrase, “Bless them and release them,” you can definitely see this is another way of letting them go, wishing them the best and working with those, who, when you spend time with them, it makes a difference.
