Some of you asked for resources for conference calling. We have had great experiences with several providers.
www.freeconferencecall.com: This is a service that is free to you. Each participant calls and pays for their call. You are provided with up to 100 lines and you may call at any time.
http://www.freeconferencecalling.com/: This service is free to you also. A couple of features are available. You are provided with up to 1000 lines. You can log into your dashboard on the call and mute the group. Participants can “raise” their hands and you can unmute individuals. This is the service we use for First Friday. Here is a look at a dashboard. Of course, I am the only one on the call, but you can see the options.
Another service we use is Citrix Online. It is great for live meetings, meetings with slides and small to very large groups. Depending on your needs you can purchase GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, or GoToTraining. www.gotomeeting.com
