A positive attitude is one of the essential qualities you’ll need during your journey to reach a 100K annual income. Your attitude at the beginning of anything determines a successful outcome. So here are some thoughts on developing a strong positive attitude to help you start your journey.
Have you noticed that attitudes are contagious? Whether an attitude is positive or negative, others catch it. Successful leaders have positive attitudes that they role model for everyone.
I had a client who was a top leader in her company. She had a 100K attitude! She shared with me that when she started direct selling, she was pessimistic about most things in her life and was getting nowhere in her business. When I asked what changed, she said, “I caught my leader’s positive attitude and enthusiasm! It changed the way I looked at everything and changed my life.”
Leaders who have positive attitudes believe that all things are possible. They look at the glass as half full instead of half empty and pass their positive belief to everyone around them. Their mantra is: “If you can believe it, you can achieve it.” They have confidence in themselves and what they can accomplish and believe in the potential of others.
No one is a “born leader.” We don’t look at a new baby and say, “Oh, isn’t he a cute little leader!” Leadership is a journey. Take time to study Leadership qualities and the leaders around you. Focus on developing the qualities that you admire.
A positive attitude is essential for leaders as it sets the tone for everything that follows. Great leaders have great attitudes.
Isn’t it exciting to know that attitude is a choice? You can change your life by changing your mindset. Having a 100K attitude means choosing to have a positive attitude every day in everything you do and not letting anything get in your way. When you do that, you’ll be on your way to 100K.
