Looking for a way to teach your team the value of one single lead? Try this.

Select one lead from an event or show that resulted in a party. Write down the results of that party in terms of sales, future parties, recruits, etc.

Write down the results of each of the leads from the party. Keep going until you complete the cycle for a year.

Get the poster board and markers, and draw ‘the tree.’ You will be amazed at the actual value of just one lead. Be sure to add up all the totals. What were the total sales for all the parties, orders, etc.? How many total parties came from just that one lead? How many new team members?

Hang the poster up at your next meeting, take a picture, post it in your Facebook team group, and hang it on the wall in your office to remind YOU of the value of just one booking!
