Individual Coaching
When we work with you as a one-on-one client, we’re able to custom-tailor our coaching to your personal strengths and ambitions. You’ll be able to direct the course of your coaching yourself: for example, you might be especially interested in how to manage time, improve your sales, or plan the next step to expanding your business. We work with you to take your leadership – and your life – to the next level.
We offer individual coaching in six-month contracts in which you work with one of our coaches for each week at a time convenient to you.

Group Coaching
If you lead a team or manage one and believe you’re performing below par, group coaching is a brilliant solution. When you work in our group sessions, our coaching is designed to get all your team members on the same page and ready to excel as a unit while appreciating and capitalizing on the unique talents of each person. You’ll find that projects and business plans succeed more quickly and that sales skyrocket when group coaching teaches you how to play to your team’s strengths.
Group coaching is available to groups of 6-7 people who have a pre-existing professional relationship, such as employer/employees, a sales team, or a leader and their team. Your group meets with our coach for one hour every week to determine how to get you from stagnant to successful in the quickest amount of time.
