Every week is a new chapter in your business! Welcoming new consultants has never been as rewarding as it is right now. As a leader, you know more about helping others than you did last week.  Helping others is the key to your success!

So you can be reactive or proactive, it is your choice!

You are now the CEO of your business.  The choices you make and the actions you take will significantly impact your income.  How can a proactive focus support you in building the business of your dreams?

Be proactive at your selling opportunities.  Now, more than ever, let people know they can earn significant income with your business.  Invite them to a conversation about joining you.

Be proactive about recruiting.  If you are waiting for your company to send you recruit leads, you are being reactive.  Make a decision to conduct five interviews every week to find new consultants for your team.

Be proactive about understanding your compensation plan.  The more times you explain it the better you will understand it.  Not sure?  Who will you ask for clarification?

Be proactive about advancing others.  Find those people on your team who want more, have a desire to move up the career path and earn the income they desire.  Begin with those who are consistently selling or recruiting and have a conversation with them to invite them to advance.

Be proactive about your relationships.  Avoid toxic relationships or set boundaries about the people you choose to spend time with.  Pick positive people who have similar goals and attitudes about your business.

Be proactive in your language.  Choose words that support your success.  Replace “I can’t” with “I choose to” or “I will”.  Find ways to stay in your center of control rather than wandering in your center of concern.

Be proactive in how you spend your time.  Eliminate the activities that waste your time and work on things that matter.

Be the leader you would want to follow.

And do it with excellence.
