My mom always said, “March comes in like a lion.”  I think it would be so cool to have a ROARING recruiting month in March. It is time to be proud out loud about your opportunity.

I challenge you to have a record-breaking month of recruiting.  If every one of you got serious about sharing the opportunity, you would double your team and book more parties than you can imagine!

I want to hear from the first person who personally recruits FOUR people!

Where do you find four personal recruits? They are right under your nose. They are at parties you have held. Go back and call every customer who attended a party since November. Use the recruiting script to set up an interview. Pick two recruit leads at every party and follow up by setting up an interview with them.

Look at people around you. Do they love their job as much as you love yours?

Care enough to share. Stop thinking about recruiting and start setting up interviews.

Interview script:

  1. I’m calling for a specific reason, but let’s catch up first.
  2. I’m so EXCITED (Tell them what YOU are excited about).
  3. I was thinking about you, COMPLIMENT them (Talk about THEIR strengths)
  4. Let me interrupt myself, I’m not calling to see if you want to sign-up for [my company]. What I’m calling for is, to see IF I CAN SIT DOWN AND TALK TO YOU ABOUT IT.
  5. It takes about 30 minutes.

(A) Answer: YES: Is now a good time? Or Local: What are you doing tonight or tomorrow night?  Provide a choice until you get an appointment!

(B)  Answer: NO: I wouldn’t expect you to be interested because you haven’t heard all the facts. That’s why I just want to sit down with you so YOU can make an EDUCATED DECISION.

(C) Answer: Still NO:  There is something else that might work better for you.  I am booking March and April parties.  Do you have your calendar handy?

March can be your very best month ever!  Stop thinking and start doing!  Be your best because you are the best!
