Your success starts with you but will not happen without growing your team. Adding more team members and moving people up are two essential parts of your role as a leader. Remember that as your guide and help others. It lifts everyone!

What would a healthy, successful team look like? You will want to develop some attributes as you grow your team.

  • New team members are being welcomed every month.
  • All members are appreciated for their unique gifts and talents.
  • Team members are working to achieve their own goals in recruiting and sales, and they recognize their contribution to the group.
  • Team members who desire to advance in the organization are supported and encouraged.

Team Growth Starts with YOU.

Recruiting new people into your organization monthly helps the recruit earn income and is an excellent value to your team. The nature of our business requires us to continually introduce new people to our teams because we don’t retain everyone we recruit. But recruiting is more than necessary: recruiting new people keeps us fresh, motivated, and fulfilled. Think about your pride and excitement when you bring in a new person.

  • New team members bring fresh energy to your work.
  • New team members follow your lead.
  • New team members bring recent sales to your team.
  • New team members are eager to learn from you.
  • New team members are the future leaders of your business.

Your attitude about recruiting will set the pace of your growth. When you share without attachment, you won’t be worried about whether they say yes or no, and you will share more often. As a leader, it is not your “job” to convince people to join; it is your responsibility to interview enough people to find those who are a good fit.

  • Invite people to hear about the opportunity as a gift regularly.
  • Invite people to hear about the opportunity as a gift to everyone.
  • Invite people to hear about the opportunity as a gift without pre-judging.

Sharing without attachment is more accessible than trying to “pick” someone or “work on someone.” We know that you invite more people to hear about your opportunity, and then you will get more interested people.

What do you say to invite someone to hear about your company?

Every leader learns they can’t do it alone. It would be best to have a spark to set your goals, an ear to listen to, and resources you could use.
