This simple three question system will help you create powerful invitations for each team member that will have them sending in those registrations today!
Begin by answering each question before you call to invite and then simply make sure they answer these questions, too.
Why Her?
What will attending conference do for this team member? Will it grow her belief? Will it ignite her passion? Who will she meet? Will it be fun? Will she gain confidence? What will she learn?
Why Now?
Why is it important for her to attend THIS year? Does she want to move forward now? Is she stuck or struggling? Is it important for her to role model for her team? Is there a special experience, speaker or training that will only be available this year?
Why Not?
What might stand in her way? This is about flushing out any obstacles so that you can help her find solutions.
Answering these three simple questions before you call will create a powerful, personal invitation. Your team member will know that you want HER to attend because it will grow her business. Once she has answered the questions on her own, she will have what she needs to get her family on board with her plans.
