One of the most MAJOR mistakes I see people make in conducting business online is that I cannot figure out how to order from them. I just experienced this again last night, and it absolutely boggles my mind. If your customer cannot figure out how to place an order with you or contact you, you are missing out on sales!

Trying to purchase from you should not be a scavenger hunt for your customers! Make it EASY for us to order! If you are posting a special, always include your ordering link, every.single.time. Put your links, email, etc in your About (biz page) and Description (Group). Put it all in your cover photo description, put it everywhere!

If your customer cannot find how to purchase from you within 2 clicks, they will give up! Personally I don’t even like 2 clicks, I generally will give you 1 click to find your website. If I can’t find it, I will move on and talk myself out of ordering, just like I did last night.

Can your customers find your contact info in two clicks or less? If not, this is a priority and you will want to fix it ASAP!
