Feldman and Spratt wrote in their book, Five Frogs on a Log, “Five frogs are sitting on a log. Four decide to jump off. How many are left?
Answer: five. Why? Because there’s a difference between deciding and doing.”
As a coach I notice many aspiring leaders dream of what they will be, do, or have. Leaders don’t just decide; they do. Stop and think. Are you jumping in and doing without deciding what you want and how you will be successful? Are you lacking the action to back up your decisions?
