Before you get to your party, remind yourself that there are people at every party who would be interested in hearing the facts regarding your income opportunity.
- Arrive early
- Listen to conversations around you for clues and cues
- Introduce yourself and get to know the guests personally
- During you party, tell briefly why you like having your own business
- Be alert to those who respond to your general bid
- Choose those who gave clues or cues that the income opportunity might fill a need. Also, choose those you would particularly like to work with.
- Personalize your one-on-one approach by telling each person why you think they would be good doing what you are doing
Based in each individual situation, you can:
- Give them printed information
- Provide them with a link for more information
- Set an opportunity conversation
- Invite the prospect to a meeting, webinar, or call
Remember that what attracts people to you most is your own obvious enjoyment of what you do.
