When your team members are not booking the number of events they want to hold, using coaching questions to explore what opportunities are present is a great way to keep your team member engaged.

Here are some questions you might ask to discover what is happening and what may need to be adjusted.

What do you think you do well?

When you were booking lots of events, what did it look like?

What were you doing?

What do you think you might do differently?

How many positive dating bids did you deliver during your party?

What was your attendance?

How can you increase attendance?

How long was your party?

What could you do to highlight the hosting opportunity?

The second skill you will need to apply is careful listening.  When you ask the right questions and listen for the answer, you can open the world for your team!

What other questions would you ask?
