NOW is the time to rally the wagons!

How will you and your team get from here to there?

Do you typically hop on a plane and off you go? While this might be the most expedient method for you, the leader, is it the one that will build your team?

As a brand new direct selling consultant in a company that very few had ever heard about, I knew that I needed to head to National Conference in order to ‘believe’. I wanted to meet the owner and the people who were running the company. It was important to hear the story from the owner’s lips so that I could catch her vision.

I signed up for my company in late May and National Conference was in mid-July; not really enough time for me to earn the cost of attending. A very wise upline leader blessed me. She chose to drive the 6 hours to convention instead of hopping on a plane. She filled her van with consultants. The conference was an amazing experience and definitely grew my belief. The road trip had at least as much impact. We bonded, committed to moving forward together and had a blast! That wise upline leader is at the top of her company 25 years later and, yes; she still drives her van to National Conference every year.

How will you travel to National Conference this year? Will you chose your own comfort and travel with your buddies or will you rally the wagons (minivans!) and bring along the team?
