Close More Recruiting Conversations!

When it comes to inviting people to join you in the business, most sellers have two problems.  One is opening yourself up to have conversations with people and the other one is the “ask.”  If you don’t ask, you seldom will find someone to go beyond the interview phase.  Just like selling your products, you need to have a close for your recruiting conversations.
