You want to grow your team, and you are looking for ways to share your income-earning opportunity with others.  The answer lies within you.  Remember that you are doing something for someone when you offer them your business opportunity, not to them.  Coming from a place of service is a genuine way to recruit.  Your sincerity will shine through.  Feel free to add more to this list of five ways to share your business.

1. Be aware during your event.

    • Is there somebody here who could use more money?”
    • Is there somebody here who would love to get our products wholesale and get every single host offer?
    • Is there somebody here who’s looking for more in their life instead of just working, paying bills, being exhausted?
    • Is there somebody here who’s looking for more?

When you ask these questions, my guess is that you can start to see that there new team members wherever you go.

2. Party Guests. The first person to arrive at a party has time on her hands.  The person who answers first is a great lead.  That person’s helpful and they like you because they wouldn’t do it just to be nice.  So find time to say, “You have been so helpful that I think you’d be great at this business.  I don’t know if you’d like to sell or not, but I would love to tell you about it.”

3. Ask to share information. “You know, I’ve been listening to you all night, and I think that we have a great opportunity.  I don’t know if you want to sell or not but can I give you some information about it?  Then you can make an educated decision.”

4. Ask for a referral.  Begin to ask everyone who they know who might be looking for extra income. Then follow-up regularly.

5. Become a known expert.  If people regard you as an expert in your product line, you will attract more possible team members.  Start posting about the issues around your products instead of asking people to book a party or join your company.  Content is king!

Recruiting new people into your organization is rewarding and fun.  Knowing what to say to help others decide to join you is tantamount to recruiting an extensive and productive down line.
