As we come to the end of the year, our thoughts naturally drift to the future. How will I finish this year? What’s in my future? How can I affect it?

Here are three steps to closing the year strong. You can do this by yourself or with an accountability partner.

First, look back at your accomplishments. It’s been almost a full year. How will you remember your successes?

Second, make sure that everyone on your team feels appreciated. This is the time of year you get busy and then walk away to spend time with your family. Show appreciation for those people that helped you this past year.

Third, pick one action that will make a difference between Christmas and New Year’s. Then do it. Finishing strong and starting strong come together during this week.

Be strong, finish strong, and start strong. Have a Happy Holiday!
