Are you looking for a way to encourage team members for actively working their business over the next month?
Make a “PEEP of the Week” post on a Monday and have your team members comment on that post with whatever activities they have done that week to grow their business. Fellow group members “vote” on the commented activities by liking/loving the comment and the comment with the most reactions by Friday night is the PEEP of the Week and gets his/her picture on a congrats PEEP theme image and you can send her a pack of PEEPS or whatever in the mail! (Or an electronic Starbuck’s GC code, etc)
