By Dana Phillips.

Too many leaders want to be seen and viewed as people of integrity. That’s admirable.  Lately, I have been more impressed with leaders who live integrity.  They tell the truth, honor their agreements, do the right thing when no one is looking.  That’s when integrity counts.

The Vice President of Sales who honors her family first even when the job could consume her.

The Executive Director who cares enough to tell her people when they aren’t acting with dignity.

The Sales Leader who texts when she is going to be late for a call.

The new Consultant who calls when she receives more products than she ordered.

The Manager who pays those she owes before taking money for herself.

The CEO who works to be a better listener.

How about you?  What integrity clues have you observed?
