If you had the chance, is there a reason to NOT promote a new leader?  Here are ten simple steps to set them up for success.

  1. Ask your future leader to have five conversations a day.  Instruct her to look for opportunities for clients and future team members everywhere she goes!
  2. Next, she needs to make five follow up calls a day!  Thank customers, re-orders, decision calls.
  3. Call your future leader each morning to find out what her daily goals are!  (Five minutes only)
  4. Get her to meetings!  Leaders come to conference calls and Zoom meetings consistently, so start good habits now!
  5. Invite your future leader to sit in on three Zoom recruit conversations with you!  (Preferably her prospects)
  6. Go back to basics!  Check her FRANK list.  Ask her to contact every “no” for a referral.
  7. Is she doing sponsoring bids at her parties, events, pop-ups, and appointments?  Be sure to cover how to do sponsoring bids.
  8. Show her how to get someone started!  The first 24 hours are critical.
  9. Keep encouraging your future leaders to build a strong appointment lineup into her next three weeks of business!  Remember, she needs a good lineup of appointments/parties to be a success!

Wouldn’t it be fun to give someone the gift of success this fall?
