I talk with my extended family often.  For some time now, I converse with at least one sibling and one child every day. I feel bad when I don’t. I was thinking about how many direct sellers don’t touch their dreams daily.

Are you captured by what Charles Hummel calls the “tyranny of the urgent”?  Do you feel a need to answer the emails, respond to texts, and fix or rescue?  Are you so busy reacting that you don’t make time to touch your dreams?

Touch your dreams today!  To accomplish the things you want to accomplish and to be successful, you cannot let your “busy-ness” get in the way of your business.

Five times a day, review your dreams.  The more you think about your dreams, the more you will stretch yourself.  Thank God for the ability to dream about your future and then do the important, proactive things that lead you to your dreams. My good friend Jose Luis Oropeza shares that “minimums do not take you to your dreams.”  He is so right!  If we only think of what it takes to “get paid,” “maintain our title,” or “make it through this month,” we will ignore our dreams in pursuit of the urgent.

Use the rule of five if you want to touch your dreams every day.  Talk to five people every single day about your product, visit with five people every single day about your wonderful business opportunity, and connect with five people a day to encourage them with a short message.

You will be completing the activities that lead you to your dreams!  The emails will get answered.  There will be time to answer texts. Make sure your dreams do not have to wait for you.
