If you are in a party plan, your host is always one of your best leads as a new team member.  Think about it:  she likes you, she likes your product, and she is already willing to host a party.  When approaching a host about joining you, let each host know it is your job to tell her about joining you.  It’s always better to give than receive!

  1. Interview every host initially when you host coach! Let them know it is your job to tell them about the Jafra opportunity. Pay them a compliment on why they would make a great consultant and encourage them to “try” Jafra and make their event their business launch.
  2. No? When calling to build excitement about their event, simply say: “I really think you’d be great as a consultant. Have you thought any more about giving this a try?”
  3. As you get to the party or call for last-minute directions: “I still wish I could convince you to give our Opportunity a try. You’ll be going to your friend’s parties anyway. Wouldn’t it make more sense to go to those parties and make money rather than spend money?”
  4. During the demonstration: “I have been talking to __ about being your Consultant. How many of you think she’d be great?
  5. At the end of the demonstration, after you’ve tallied up the orders & bookings, tell the host how much money she would have made on her party and, with the other bookings.
