At our direct sales network chapter meeting/party a couple years ago we did a pretty cool make-n-take! I totally reappropriated it (nice word for stole!) from Pinterest to write on and decorate with sharpies, but we took plastic ornaments (solid color/round) and sharpie markers & wrote the year really big on one side and then listed all of our business successes for that year all over the ornament with the different color sharpie markers! It was a neat activity, everyone loved it!! And with as cheap as those ornaments are right now after Christmas, this is a real STEAL for an activity.
I do it with my kids too before Christmas, each of my girls wrote their big *wins* for the year and what they wanted to remember that we did/they did on their own ball and we hung them on the tree. It looks really cool, and what a great way to remember their successes year to year!
This would also make a great activity for a team meeting this could be as a GOAL BALL (kinda like a vision board) too, where we could have our team members list their goals for the next year on a ball, and then pack that ball away with their Christmas stuff this week. When they pull in our next Dec ball, what goals have they reached from the ball?
Just wanted to share — I got my ornaments from Dollar General for $1.50 for 6 of them (pretty big size), but stock up after Christmas at a huge discount too.
