When you work at a party…do you believe there are 2 people sitting there who…

  • Could use more money?
  • Would love to get the product wholesale?
  • Would love flexible hours for their children?
  • Would love to have a fun job?
  • Would love to be their own boss?

Whether digital or in-home, there are two recruits at every party! Find ways to always ask, and you shall recruit!

Always Ask, “Could you use some extra cash at the end of the week/month?”

Always Ask, “Do you know of someone who has small children and would like to get out for some adult conversation?”

Always Ask, “Would you like to buy these products at a discount?”

Help Your New Leaders Get a Great Start

As a leader, you know a strong personal schedule for appointments or parties is critical to a new leader’s success.  Holindg parties is one of the best ways to meet potential recruits. You may want to give a new leader an individual challenge to book a strong schedule (you decide what that looks like) right on the day of their promotion.  Then ask for the name and address of each appointment or party.

Here is a thank you note you can send to lock-in that business.

Dear _________________________,

I would like to personally thank you for booking a party with__________________.  Your party on ____________ is beginning her career as a {new title here}.  Your party is vital to her continued success.  This builds her future business, and I know she will make it a great experience for you.

Remember, personally invite _____ because not everyone will attend and share the product information with even more! Keep things simple, and most of all, talk to your friends about booking.

Your party date is very important, and again I thank you for the encouragement and support you are giving to _____________. It is special people like you that make being a {new title here} so much fun!

Your handwritten note  (no cutting corners) will go a long way in securing the party dates of your new leader. I would love to hear what else you do to support your new leaders.
